So this past month so much has been going on. Every year around this time I always want a change. I get bored and tired of the same look. So I came up with the idea that maybe I should do something totally daring, something I normally wouldnt do.
so I thought maybe I should shave less than half of my hair and get it done with a design or something. NO!!! not completely bald but like maybe a #1 blade. since im a makeup artist it doesnt really interfere with work or applying for jobs I figure theyd see how outgoing and bold I am for doing such a thing. here are some pix to give u a better idea..
La-La vasquez
Rihanna
Keisha cole
Mel B
So what do you all think? I change my mind often but I feel like just doing it.
I look at it like it will grow back in no time and when it does my hair will be so healthy and natural. well if i do it itll probably be next month but ill definitely update u all. & if i do it ill post pix. :)

OMG
Okay so I know I havent been updating my Blog Ive just been so busy I havent had time.
So much has gone on I cant even find words to begin explaining. But what I can tell you that through all the good and bad Ive gone through these last couple months Ive maintained my Interest in makeup & if anything I am 10x more focused and serious about making this makeup career a full time hustle. Ive been purchasing a lot of different makeup kit essentials just to start building my portfolio. I have a lot of diff. things going on this month tomorrow I have a trial run for this bride. Im doing it just for wedding photos you have to start somewhere. Then later I have my sisters homecoming dance, in which i will be doing her and 3 of her friends makeups, also one of my friends wants to be Nicki Minaj for halloween so she wants me to copy her makeup and yeah i just have had lots of different things coming my way like music videos etc. I am in a rush right now but later this week i will be posting pictures to give you all a glimpse of what my portfolio will be looking like. :)
stay tuned..

Alexis makeup BY CrysRoxx
This is ALexis my little sister shes 151/2,sophmore in high school & in Varsity cheerleading. Her cheer squad had a award ceremony this past friday at a italian resturant so she asked me to do her makeup. Her dress was like a blue-ish teel dress so i did her makeup according to her dress. Her EYEBROWS ARE HORRIBLE & i told her to let them grow so my BFF can do them. Since she specializes in eyebrows.& then the bottom pic is her finished look with her dress on. she took this pic on a webcam so you cant really see the eye makeup. But you could kind of see her dress color.
Products i used:

BYE BYE black Hair hello light hair..
SO i usually go DARK in winter and in summer go light again. SO i went to my BFF sister Ashley omg she works wonders on my hair. i HAVE thee most thickest nappiest hair ever and she spent 7hours stripping the black out getting the right base color and doing thin highlights all throuhout my hair talk about dedication and love for ur job- and it looks soo good now. I absolutely Love her.
Anyone in L.A. or the VALLEY if you need a hair stylist hit up my girl ashley @ HOWARD Kurtz Salon 14021 Ventura Boulevard Sherman Oaks, CA 91423-3511
(818) 501-2221 < ask for ashley gonzales! Anyway so these pics before black and after light.. p.s. i still have another couple sessions to its exactly how i want it! when putting highlights and bleach in your hair you cant do it all at once itll really damage the hair. Let me know what you think about it. Its suppose to look like Jessica Burciagas hair when im done, & no shes not jlo lol Shes miss february playmate. i love her hair.

These are some pictures taken at a make up party my sisters and i had;
We had 2 stations set up, my sister Nina and i had a couple girls each;
just for fun & practice. I enjoyed it soo much.. we had a lot of make up layed out
mostly MAC but we had all kind of products. & we Had our friend islandia; whos a photographer, take before and after pictures. :) (i love the style network & watching all the make over shows b4 and afters are my fav.) Im still an amateur but im getting better. I need to take updated pictures soon.. but check these out meanwhile... This was my first time doing different peoples make up all at once.

new foundation.. MAC vs M.U.F.E
Like most girls I loveeee make up! Yes natural beauty is always best. But if your anything like me & see makeup as an art & your face as a canvas then you can get very bored of a boring face after a while. I love make up because it enhances natural beauty! Anyway lately i havent been up to date with my products like i use to be. I usually buy M.A.C its my number one fav. but a friend of mine works there
& i had told her i needed to buy a new studio fix powder foundation:
& she told me i shouldnt use that because it ruins your face! So i decided to take a trip to what i like to call womens "Heaven"-- SEPHORA... ahhh i love this place omg they have everything & anything you could think of. Anyway so i asked one of the associates which foundation is the best. I dont have oily skin & i dont have dry skin its kind of in the middle;depending on the weather outside. So she suggested i try
the M.U.F.E duo mat foundation it looks like this:
She tried it on me & i loved it! So i bought it & ive been using it and i do like it a lot. I do think that mineral makeup is best for any type of skin but sometimes i just think the whole loose powder things a bit messy specially when your out & about most of the time. Oh and dont get me wrong M.A.C is a very good brand; its just that the foundations cover up so well & the products so rich it ends up cloggin pours. I love M.A.C eye shadows; brushes, & bronzers there very good :) Ill be buying new products really soon; and i'll let you all know how
good they are, & if there worth the price From Laura Mercier,Nars,benefit,smashbox,lorac etc..
Let me know if you have any suggestions on products i should try; i need to add to my make up kit... :)
ta-ta loves..
